What Blomma does well
- A coach to think out loud with. You talk a problem through by chat or voice, set goals, and Blomma holds you to them, with insights on your patterns over time.
- It works from your context. Upload a performance review, a development plan or your goals, and if you use Granola, it reads your meeting notes.
- A native iPhone app as well as the web, rated 4.9 from 27 ratings on the App Store. Winsly has no iPhone app.
- Serious backing. Blomma launched on April 29, 2026 with a seed round of more than $5M led by Felicis, and its coaching advisors include Marshall Goldsmith (Felicis).
- At $25 a month, it costs half of Winsly’s Advisor plan, and far less than a human coach.
Where Winsly is different
- The bar in your manager’s words. Blomma works from the documents you give it. Winsly turns what your manager said the next level takes into a clear bar, and links each win to the part it proves.
- A dated record of your wins. Each win is tagged by scope and significance, so your review case stays selective. A colleague who saw the work can verify a win by email, and their name goes in the case.
- Every line shows its source. Your review case and self-review cite the win behind each claim, checked before you see it.
- Practice for the ask. On the Advisor plan, you rehearse the promotion conversation against someone who pushes back the way a busy manager would, then see how you did.
- One record, every move. If the next level is somewhere else, the same wins find roles and write applications.
Who should choose which
- Blomma if you want a coach to think with: reflection, goals and accountability, by voice on your phone, with your Granola notes read for you.
- Winsly if you want the proof: wins measured against your manager’s bar, a cited case for your review, practice for the ask, and a record that carries into a job search.
- Both if you like coaching by voice. Talk it through in Blomma, and keep the wins that matter, and the case they make, in Winsly.
