What Accolade does well
- The price. Pro is $3 a month or $30 a year (accolade.work), less than a sixth of Winsly Pro, and the free plan includes the review assistant and PDF export.
- Fast, private logging: a win in under 20 seconds, with evidence attached, and no access for your employer.
- A review assistant that drafts answers to the questions you paste in, from the wins in a date range, for a 1:1, a quarterly or an annual review.
- Like Winsly, it carries your wins into job search. Paste a job link and it picks your 5 best-matching wins, each with a STAR story, and drafts bullets, a cover letter and a gap analysis.
Where Winsly is different
- The bar in your manager’s words. Accolade answers whatever review questions you bring. Winsly turns what your manager said the next level takes into a clear bar, maps each win to it, and shows what’s still missing.
- Every line shows its source. Each line of your review case, self-review and applications points to the win behind it, and is checked before you see it.
- Wins a colleague stands behind. Ask someone who saw the work to verify a win by email. Ask for references from the same record.
- An advisor for the ask. On the Advisor plan, your advisor runs a CFO’s playbook on your record, says whether this is the cycle to ask for the level or for the work that closes the gap, and lets you practice first.
- It finds the roles. Accolade tracks the jobs you find. Winsly’s Radar finds and scores new roles from the companies you choose.
Who should choose which
- Accolade if you want a private wins log, review drafts and an application tracker for $3 a month.
- Winsly if your next step is a promotion and you want the case built against your manager’s bar, with verified wins and practice before you ask.
- For job search: Accolade matches your wins to jobs you find; Winsly also finds the roles.

Questions
How much is Accolade?
Free for 10 wins and 15 AI outputs a month. Pro is $3 a month or $30 a year for unlimited wins, Application Insights and the application tracker, as of October 2026.
Is Accolade worth it?
At $3 a month it’s hard to beat for a private wins log with evidence, review drafts and an application tracker. It doesn’t give you a bar for your next level, colleague-verified wins or an advisor.
Does Accolade connect to Slack, Jira or GitHub?
Accolade lists no integrations: you log wins by hand and attach Slack praise or emails as evidence. Winsly has no imports either, and also drafts a win from a screenshot, reads a meeting you paste in, or logs a win you tell Claude or ChatGPT.
Does Accolade help with job search?
Yes, on Pro. Paste a job link and it tracks the application, matches your top 5 wins with STAR stories, and drafts bullets and a cover letter. It doesn’t find roles; Winsly’s Radar does. How Radar works.
What’s a good Accolade alternative?
For imports from GitHub or Jira, BragBook. For an Apple app, Bloomly. Winsly is the alternative if you want the bar in your manager’s words, a case where every line shows its source, and practice before you ask. Brag document apps compared.
