Terms

These terms are an agreement between you and We Got Company LLC, which does business as Winsly AI (“Winsly”, “we”). They cover your use of Winsly. By creating an account, you agree to them.

Your account

• You sign in with a link sent to your email, or with a Google or LinkedIn account you’ve used or connected. Keep those accounts secure; anyone who can read your email, or use the Google or LinkedIn account, can sign in to Winsly as you.
• You’re responsible for what you upload. Only upload materials you have the right to use, and don’t upload other people’s confidential information.
• One person per account. Don’t share it or use Winsly to harm anyone, scrape it, or get around its limits.

What Winsly does, and doesn’t

• Winsly suggests roles, drafts applications and gives advice. Its drafts cite your own record, but you’re responsible for checking everything before you use it.
• Winsly never sends anything you haven’t seen and sent yourself. It never submits an application for you. The only email it sends for you is a request to verify a win or write a reference, after you’ve seen the exact email and pressed Send; you decide whom to ask, and you’re responsible for asking only people who know your work.
• Winsly can’t promise you a job, an interview or a promotion, and its advice isn’t legal, financial or tax advice.
• Role details come from employers’ public job boards and career pages, and can be out of date.

Plans and billing

• Winsly is free to start. Paid plans add applications, your advisor and more of what it does; see Pricing.
• Plans include limits (for example, applications a month and roles scored a day), shown in Settings → Plan.
• Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly, never weekly. Before you’re ever charged, you’ll see the price and agree to it.
• A paid plan renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. Winsly emails you 7 days before a yearly plan renews.
• You can cancel any time in Settings → Plan. Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for and then doesn’t renew.
• If you ask within 14 days of any charge, monthly or yearly, Winsly refunds it in full. Write to support@winsly.ai.
• When a paid plan ends, you’re on Free, and everything you’ve put into Winsly is kept.

Your content

What you put into Winsly stays yours. You let Winsly store and process it only to provide the service to you. Export or delete it any time from Settings → Account.

Changes and availability

Winsly is new and will change. It may sometimes be unavailable. If these terms change in a way that matters, Winsly will tell you in the app before the change takes effect. Winsly may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Limits on liability

Winsly is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Winsly isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, and its total liability to you is limited to what you paid for Winsly in the 12 months before the claim.
