Every claim is cited

Each line in the draft cites a win or fact from your profile. You read it with numbered citations that open the win behind each claim, so you know exactly what you’re standing behind.

Before you see a draft, Winsly checks it for invented numbers, claims with no citation, private customer names and a confidential current employer. Anything it flags is fixed or marked for your review.

That matters more than ever: 86% of US hiring managers say AI makes it too easy to exaggerate on a resume (Express/Harris, February 2026). An application where every claim traces back to real work reads differently.

You always hit send

Edit anything, then Download all. Choose Designed (laid out like your resume in Winsly) or Classic (plain black and white); both read cleanly in job boards and application systems.

Then open the employer’s form and send it yourself, and Mark as sent. Winsly never submits an application for you, and never sends anything you haven’t seen and sent yourself. Fewer, better applications, each one yours.

Use Winsly with Simplify

Winsly doesn’t fill in application forms. If you’d like that done for you, the free Simplify extension does it well, and the two fit together: Winsly writes the application, Simplify types it in.

1. Download all in Winsly for the tailored resume and cover letter.
2. Upload the resume to Simplify. On its free plan, the new resume replaces the one you uploaded before; on Simplify+, you can keep several.
3. On the job’s application page, open Simplify’s Copilot, choose the resume from Winsly, and click Autofill This Page. Add the cover letter if the form asks for one.
4. Check every field and submit it yourself.

Your resume

How applications count

An application counts toward your plan when it’s prepared, not when it’s sent: 10 a month on Pro and 30 a month on Advisor. Your first application is on Winsly: Radar offers it once your search has found roles. See Plans.
